Our uniquely formulated Eco-friendly Water Kefir based hand, hair & body wash is handmade, skin pH balanced & enriched with probiotics, vitamins, alpha hydroxy acid, antioxidants, electrolytes, and only contains Organic Vitamin E, Organic Basil, and either Organic Lemongrass, Lavender or Sweet Orange essential oil.

Free from: Harsh chemicals, SLS, Lye, Soap, SLES, Fragrance, Ammonia, Formaldehyde, Palm, Paraben, Perfume, and absolutely no animal testing.
Ingredients: Lemon Infused Probiotic Water Kefir, Coco Glucoside (Derived from coconut oil), Decyl Glucoside (Derived from coconut oil), Vegetable Glycerine (Plant-based), Vitamin E oil (Derived from vegetables), Cymbopogon Flexuosus Oil (Organic Lemongrass), Ocimum Basilicum Oil (Organic Basil), Malic Acid (Derived from fruit juice), Benzyl Alcohol (Naturally occurring), Salicylic Acid (Naturally occurring), Sorbic Acid (Naturally occurring) and Xanthan Gum (Derived from corn starch).

We can also use: Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil (Organic Sweet orange) or Lavandula angustifolia Oil (Organic Lavender) as the main scent oil to replace Lemongrass oil.

Directions of use: Use a small amount of product on damp hands, hair or body, then massage in to skin to create an ever increasing mild and gentle lather as more water is added.
Packaging & Postage: Due to very high postage costs to post bottles within the UK , and so it fits through customers letter boxes, we have decided to only use 200ml eco-friendly liquid pouches, which also will keep the selling price down, and will enable all customers to use and fill their own body wash dispenser.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water, and always do a patch test when using new cosmetic products. Keep out of reach of children.
Best before date: Due to the fact that we handcraft each new order, and that our body wash has live probiotic content which will decrease over time, we suggest customers to use within 4 weeks of receiving.

About Water Kefir

Also known as tibicos, Japanese water crystals, and many other world names, Water Kefir is a probiotic liquid linked to various health benefits, including improved immunity and may reduce acne outbreaks, and manage dry skin, eczema and skin aging.

Our Water kefir is loaded with probiotics, valuable enzymes, beneficial acids, magnesium, folate, vitamin k, electrolytes, B-vitamins (including B-12) and over 50 minerals. Water Kefir is also dairy-free, vegan-friendly, and offers more than 15 strains of probiotics, and billions of active good bacteria and yeast.

The process: Through our lacto-fermentation the Water Kefir micro-organisms consume the Organic cane sugar and minerals during fermentation. During this process the probiotic concentration (LAB, Amino acid and yeast probiotics) of the Water Kefir increases and the sucrose decreases as the sugar and minerals is consumed by the Water Kefir grains to produce mainly simpler sugars, beneficial bacteria, yeasts, lactic acid bacteria (LAB), acetic acid bacteria (AAB), Amino acids, carbon dioxide, along with enzymes, and also B and K vitamins. It also contains millions of probiotics.

Laboratory testing: Through our intensive laboratory testing for lactic acid bacteria (LAB), beneficial bacteria and yeast we have found that no probiotics from Water Kefir, or Milk Kefir fermentation can survive in any soap/lye, harsh chemical related cosmetic, or any cosmetics using strong preservatives, due to the harsh environment, but after on-going testing, and reformatting of our ingredients our Water Kefir hand, hair & body wash has tested positive for millions of good CFU LAB and yeast probiotics. It’s also Organic, Vegan and pH skin friendly.
